May 8 – Designated player Janelle Mrakovich (jr. Middletown, Pa./Bishop McDevitt HS) and shortstop Lindsay Hosier (so. Glen Mills, Pa./Penncrest HS) were named to the 2008 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division II All-Region Teams on Thursday. Mrakovich won recognition on the First Team while Hosier made the Second Team. April 15 – The Millersville University softball team will host Family Day and Strike Out Breast Cancer Day at this Saturday’s home doubleheader against West Chester. Donations to help the fight against breast cancer will be accepted at the doubleheader, which is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Admission is free.

March 9 - The Millersville University softball team will open its season on Sunday by playing Post University at 3 p.m.and St. Thomas Aquinas at 7 p.m. in Fort Peirce, Fla.
