Call Waiting
This feature alerts you to an incoming call when you are using the phone and allows you to address the incoming call.
Accept a call waiting- Hear "short ring" during conversation
- Press Switchhook, hear "enter", press *4 (1st party on hold)
- Hang Up
- Hear ring, lift receiver (party on line)
- Press switchhook, hear "enter", press *4
- Press switchhookk down for 1 second,
- Hear "held"
- Press *4

Conference - 3 party
Allows three parties to converse at one time.
With one party on line:- Press switchhook, hear "enter"
- Dial phone number
- Announce conference call
- Press switchhook

Do not Disturb
Blocks incoming calls, calls will be forwarded to voicemail.
Activate:- Lift handset, press *6
- Life handset, hear "private", press #6
- Hang up

Hold
Places an existing call on hold.
- Press switchhook, hear "enter", press *4
- Hang up (with one party on hold, you can make another call)
- Lift handset - hear "held"
- Press *4
- Press switchhook, hear "enter" press *4
- Press switchook down for 1 second
- Hear "held"
- Press *4

Redial
Redial last dialed number(outside calls only).
- Lift handset, press #9

Word Prompts
"enter" press a feature code "held" you have a call on hold "conference" you have a conference on hold "private" you have activated "do not disturb" "voice message" voicemail message(s) is/are waiting to be retrieved Note: Pressing the swtichhook for more than a second can disconnect your call.

Access voicemail:
- On campus - press *5 or dial 3926
- Off campus - dial 872-3926
