Dr. Kimberly Mahaffy
Dr. Mahaffy is currently the Director of the Latino/a Studies minor and an associate professor of Sociology. Her research/teaching interests include Statistics, Social Psychology, Gender, and Transition to adulthood. She typically teaches Social Statistics, Research Methods, Human Population and Social Psychology.
Dr. Carole Counihan
Dr. Counihan is a professor of Anthropology whose research/teaching interests include Food and Culture, Gender, World Hunger, Theory, Italy, and the Southwest United States. Some of the classes she generally teaches are Latino Culture through Film, Cultural Anthropology, Food and Culture and Latino Cultures in the USA.
Dr. Rita Smith Wade-el
Dr. Smith Wade-el is a professor in Psychology whose research interests include race as a self- schema, racial identity, and self-reinforcement. Her courses involve Learning and Motivation, Psychology of Racism, History and Systems of Psychology, Human Relations and the Black Woman.
Dr. Jean Kabongo
Dr. Kabongo is an assistant professor of Business Administration who typically teaches courses in management.
Dr. Elliott Seda
Dr. Seda is an assistant professor of Education. His research interests are Multicultural and Urban Education.
Dr. Ximena Catepillan
Dr. Catepillan is a professor of Mathematics. She typically teaches Calculus I, Math in Non European Cultures and Complex Variables.
Dr. Lynn Marquez
Dr. Marquez is an associate professor of Geology. Her research interests include hydrothermal alteration of oceanic rocks and generation and evolution of massive sulfide deposits at seafloor spreading centers.
Ms. Aida Ceara
Ms. Ceara is the director of the AIM for success program/Act 101. The program provides college students with counseling services, study skill enhancement workshops, college survival skills and basic fundamental skills for college.

Dr. Madden is an associate professor of Economics. The courses she typically teaches are Principles of Macroeconomics, Introduction to the World Economy and many others. Her interests include Economic Development, Economic History and Econometrics.

Dr. John McLarnon
Dr. McLarnon is an associate professor of History. He typically teaches Craft of History, Contours of United States History, History of Pennsylvania, The American Presidency, Modern U.S. History and U.S. - Latin American Relations.
Dr. Marco Antolin
Dr. Antolin is an assistant professor of Spanish and his special interests are 20th century Spanish literature, Contemporary Spanish poetry, Comparative poetry (Spanish and American), and Spanish history. He generally teaches Intermediate Spanish 1, and Composition and Oral Expression 2.
Dr. Clarence Maxwell
Dr. Maxwell is an assistant professor of History and teaches Europe and the World, Colonial Latin America, Modern Latin America and Cultural interactions in the Atlantic world. His research interests include Bermuda history, Latin America history, Caribbean history, Afro-Atlantic Diaspora history and Atlantic World slavery and slave trade.
