Expand access to new and existing clientele, with attention to the increasingly diverse and nontraditional student members. Enhance and expand learning opportunities for Pennsylvanians and others through information and communication technologies.
History of MUOnline
MUOnline is a growing part of the Office for Professional Training and Education. MUOnline is based upon the results of a grant-funded research project called The Virtual University. The project originated in 1998. In 2001, the project moved forward at Millersville University as MUOnline.
