Who is the AIM for Success student?
The students
entering MU through the program are broadly diverse
on both academic and personal levels. The student
must have shown evidence of academic competence,
motivation, and/or commitment toward achieving a
college degree in order to be admitted into the
program.
Understanding the diversity of the student's
experience prior to coming to Millersville forms the
basis for personalized attention, assessment,
intervention, and support services from the program.

Once an AIM For Success Program
student, always an AIM For Success student?
Yes. During the
freshmen year a proactive model of service delivery
is utilized. Upper-class students receive priority
service; however, it is usually student initiated.
A primary goal of
the program is to support the student's academic
achievement and personal involvement in all aspects
of the Millersville University community experience. |
