Reschedule / Default REQUEST
Any team that attempts to reschedule or default a game that has not been approved by the intramural department will automatically forfeit that game & will be ineligible for playoffs, NO EXCEPTIONS!
DIRECTIONS FOR REQUESTING TO RESCHEDULE A GAME OR A DEFAULT
- Only the captain or co-captain may complete & submit this form
- The form must be completed in its entirety in order for the request to be approved, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- This request is time sensitive & must be submitted according to the intramural procedures for reschedules & defaults
- Reschedules must be submitted 48 hours before the scheduled game
- Games on Sunday, must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday
- Defaults must be submitted 24 hours before the scheduled game
- Games on Sunday, must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Friday
- Games can only be rescheduled twice-NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Once submitted, the request will be viewed by designated intramural personnel which could take up to 24 hours
- It is the captain's responsibility to check schedules page.
- Intramural personnel will contact the captain or co-captain & opponents to confirm request
- If a team is contact by a non-intramural personnel for a reschedule or default, you are required to contact the intramural office @ 717.872.3960 to verify reschedule or default
