We do not mail paper grade reports except by special request. Please use one of these convenient methods to obtain your grades.

Grades by MAX/Web

1. Log on to Millersville University homepage
2. Click on 
3. Enter ID and PIN
4. Select "Student Services and Financial Aid"
5. Select "Student Records"
6. Select "Final Grades"
7. Choose term and display grades

Grades by MAX/Phone

Using a touch-tone telephone, follow these steps:

1. DIAL (717) 872-3999 (off campus); on-campus, dial 3999; for TDD service (hearing-impaired), dial (717) 871-5044
2. PRESS 4 for grading information
3. PRESS 1 to review your grades
4. PRESS corresponding number for semester grades
5. ENTER your MU ID number (If your ID number begins with an "M," skip the "M" and enter only the remaining 8 numbers).
6. ENTER PIN (Personal Identification number)(Your initial PIN will be your birth date in the MMDDYY format; for example if your birth date is July 1, 1979, your initial PIN is 070179).

To Request a Grade Report

After grades for the term have been posted, you may request a grade report. This grade report will show grades only from the term you request and will be mailed to your home address of record.
