Chapter Management

Welcome to the Chapter Management site! This is the site designed to allow you to better manage your chapters and more effectively be in touch with the Coordinator for Greek Life on campus.

You are encouraged to learn more about going Greek, and the benefits of fraternity life. In many ways, there is no better means of developing lifelong friends, meeting new people, creating leadership opportunities, and making the most of your college experience. Recruitment for fraternities is informal. It generally takes place during the first 2-5 weeks of the semester. For more information, see the Greek Life Office or the Greek bulletin board located near the front desk of the Student Memorial Center.


All Greek Council (AGC)

Meetings take place in room 161 of the SMC on Tuesday nights at 9:30 p.m. All chapters are required to send delegates to the AGC meeting each week. Delegates are expected to participate, work on committees within AGC, and positively work toward the goals of the AGC.

Panhellenic Council (PHC)

Meetings take place Monday nights 9:30 p.m. in the Greek House. Each chapter is required to send at least one delegate of their chapter to participate in PHC. Delegates are expected to participate and hold an office. The officers are selected on a rotation basis.

National Pan-Hellenic Council of Millersville University NPHCMU)

Meeting locations and times will be announced and meetings will occur once per month. All NPHC chapters are required to send two delegates to the NPHCMU meeting each month. Delegates are expected to participate, work on committees within NPHCMU, and positively work toward the goals of the organization.
